# VibeManager Private Beta Test Packet

Status: draft/private beta asset. Do not post publicly or send outbound until Brad approves the recipients and copy.

## What you are testing

VibeManager is a private browser starter that turns a messy brain dump into a local Markdown command center:

- today's top priorities
- one next visible action
- active projects / roles
- open loops and waiting-on items
- decisions to make or revisit
- a before/after clarity snapshot
- a weekly review rhythm
- an optional AI briefing for ChatGPT or Claude

The goal is not to prove that people like another prompt pack. The goal is to learn whether a real user gets enough clarity in 5 minutes to want guided setup help.

## 5-minute test flow

1. Open the starter.
2. Click one preset so you can see the shape of the output.
3. Replace the preset with one real messy brain dump from your current work.
4. Click **Generate my VibeManager**.
5. Skim the generated Markdown, especially `BEFORE-AFTER.md`, `TODAY.md`, and `WEEKLY-REVIEW.md`.
6. Open the feedback helper and build a response.
7. Send the copied response back manually.

## What counts as strong signal

Strong beta signal looks like:

- you used real context, not just the preset;
- you got a useful next action in under 5 minutes;
- your after-score is 4 or 5 out of 5;
- you would reuse the Markdown or weekly review next week;
- you can describe the outcome that would make guided setup worth paying for later.

Weak signal looks like:

- the output only felt interesting with sample data;
- the next action was too generic;
- you would not reuse the exported Markdown;
- guided setup does not solve a real pain for you.

## Feedback questions

Copy/paste these if the feedback helper is inconvenient:

1. Did you use real context? Yes / Partly / No
2. Did you get a useful next action in under 5 minutes? Yes / Almost / No
3. Before using it, how scattered did your work feel today? 1-5: ____
4. After using it, how clear is your next move? 1-5: ____
5. What was the most useful part of the output?
6. What was confusing, missing, or too generic?
7. Would you use the exported Markdown or weekly review again next week? Yes / Maybe / No
8. Would you want VibeManager as self-serve, guided setup, both, or neither?
9. If guided setup existed, how interested would you be? High / Medium / Low / None
10. How soon would this matter? This week / This month / Someday / Not applicable
11. What outcome would make guided setup worth paying for later? Do not name a price — just describe the result.
12. What phrase would you use to describe the problem this solves?
13. May Brad follow up with one question? Yes / No

## First-dollar decision rule

After three real-context beta responses:

- If at least two testers report a clear 5-minute win, likely weekly reuse, and medium/high guided setup interest, ask Brad for a pricing/payment decision on a first paid setup sprint.
- If testers like the free tool but do not want guided help, keep improving the self-serve starter and do not ask for pricing yet.
- If testers do not get clarity from real context, fix the generator before more outreach.

## Current Brad approval boundary

Brad must approve before:

- outbound messages are sent;
- a public launch is posted;
- pricing is chosen;
- payment links are created;
- paid services or tools are used.
